Bringing Stories to Life: The Ant and the Grasshopper Opera

The enchanting children's opera "The Ant and the Grasshopper" was performed by the talented artists of the Visoko C Association. Held in the summer garden of Regent Porto Montenegro, this interactive performance featured soprano Marija Cvijić, tenor Branislav Cvijić, baritone Ivan Nikolić, and pianist Marina Mikić. The production, set to music by Marija Cvijić with a libretto by Branislav Cvijić, brought Aesop's beloved fable to life. With engaging dialogue and a woodland fairy narrator, children were invited to explore the value of work and play in a fun and educational setting. Ideal for children up to eleven years old, this performance was a highlight of the Tivat Music Festival, known for its diverse and quality programming.
